Reigate Marvella was conceived as a calm, well-proportioned commercial block where every floor plate works as hard as the last. The structural grid was set early so tenant layouts could change without touching the core.
Our team handled the structure, envelope and finishing sequence, coordinating service routes ahead of slab casting to keep ceiling heights generous and the site free of rework.
